Mondo bag I made in a class with Barb at My Girlfriend's Quilt Shoppe. Thank you ! I finished it up at home and it was really easy to follow these directions. It used the Quilt Smart stabilizer. I have enough to make another. Who wants it?

Wow I am way behind on this blog - here are a few new quilts - wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Found this old barn ladder and had my friend John go get it for me. Well, it was a little more of a chore than I thought it would be. He had to climb around behind a lot of junk and pull old rusty nails to get it off the all of the barn. Thank you ! I love it.

Snowmen on Parade
It was so fun working on this with friends, It has applique, paper piecing and piecing. Learned a ton,

This is called Spring Fling I think but I call it my kaleidescope - so much movement in real life. Gave this to my brother Roger.

Above is my Whacky Four Patch. Loved this one too. All of the middle blocks are made from the border fabric. So cool. Given to my darling friend, Rayola.

For my son's wedding, they had a movie theme and this Hollywood Walk of Fame quilt had stars for guests to sign and then I appliqued them on. Fairly cool but it's a stiff quilt with so much iron on.

A mystery block at My Girlfriend's Quilt Shoppe. I kept this one and love hanging it during July.

Buggy Barn hearts, So pretty , I have made arrangements to trade it for a knitted mohair wrap, so will have to give it up someday. Currently it lives on the top rung of my ladder (at the top of this blog)

Ragged Stars. Gave this to my Uncle Ted for his 80th bday. Easy and fun to make. This is my second one.

I only made the bottom flag block. This was a community quilt made for the widow of Larry Miller. I was honored to be asked to help.

Lady Madonna
Made for my good friend, Cathy for her fight with Pancreatic Cancer.

This quilt was all applique so I got lots of practice.  I like hanging it in the late Summer. This was made from all fabric I had on hand. That feels good.

This is a wall hanging for the countdown for Christmas. Each day is a pocket for prizes. Given to my granddaughter, Ashlyn.

Millie Olmstead.  Darling lady in our quilt guild. I won the bid on this violet and wanted my picture made with her. She has since passed away so I cherish this pic.

ok, This is my pride and joy. Bought the fabric while in Sedona on a road trip with my friend, Paula. I loved the Batiks so much and they were called Sedona something, so I felt I had to have them.  The vines and leaves are all applique.

Another mystery quilt form My Girlfriends Quilt Shoppe. Gave to my friend Jacque as I didn't really love it and she seemed to.

The Honorable Mention ribbon for my Sedona quilt at the Cache County Fair

Called Motion Commotion. Given to my darling friend Joy. It has minky on the back. This was a kit.

Civil War fabric. Also a kit.  Given to my friend John for all the things he has done for me.

During a shop hop at the Girlfriends Quilt Shoppe, I offered to dress as Alice form The Brady Bunch as that was their theme. That is my silly family "playing the game" with me!

A table topper made many years ago,  This lives in ATL with my dearest Julie

The Buggy Barn hearts you saw earlier but hanging

A T-shirt quilt made for my son, Clay.

This is the Stack 'n Whack. Very fun to make. All of the pinwheels are made from the border fabric (like the Whacky Four Patch above)

A minky backed baby quilt for my grandson. Just Mark off the squares and then sew all along all four edges and leave the edge raw. It's easy and done when you're done. Gotta love that

A T-shirt quilt that I was asked to make for a friend of a friend.

A cute little apron,

A nine patch that I enjoyed making but gave to my sister because I think she loved it more than me

My adorable friend, LynnAnne embroidered this for me.  Then I added the borders and hanger. I hang it on a stick from the yard each year during the holidays.

Honestly - this one is not done. I have all of the blocks but the quilt is not complete... soon

A One Block Wonder.  Similar to the Whacky Four Patch and Stack 'n Whack but different method. Took a class from Bernina with my seester,. Hes was beautiful.

Very nice flannel.

A table runner  - my first applique attempt. Not TOO bad.

This quilt was made with much love after our darling Hannah was killed in December of 2008 in a car wreck. Grandma Melon and I made this for her Mom and Dad. I knew we would need some therapy while grieving so this helped a titch.

I don't know how I get any quilting done honestly!

Stained Glass Quilt

This quilt is so striking when done but is paper pieced and takes awhile to do.
